Please check the following terms before registering as a visitor.
■This event is exclusively for professionals related to the industry. Visitors under 18 years will not be admitted.
■Details of the exhibition including the seminar programme, may change without notice.
■The following acts by visitors are prohibited:
1）Distribution of leaflets is prohibited.
2）Demonstrations and disturbance of any kind are prohibited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the
organisers have the right to remove visitors from the events if the organisers judge that their acts are
inappropriate for the events.
■ Policy Regarding Protection of Personal Information
1）Visitors agree that the personal data provided during registration will be used in accordance with the
organiser’s Privacy Policy (https://privacy.informa.com/policies/en/) and
may be used for promotional purposes.
2）If you do not want to receive marketing from Informa Markets, please let us know by emailing
[visitor@seajapan.ne.jp] or clicking the available links
in our emails.
3）The personal data of the seminar attendees may be shared with third parties such as the lecturers or
the sponsors of the seminars and used by them for their promotion purposes. Any data which has been shared
to third parties will be managed according to their own policies; therefore, you must contact them
directly to amend your data or to opt out from their database.
4）Informa collects information on your interactions with other visitors, exhibitors and sponsors during
the event with the intention of analysing and measuring the event’s success and to develop business and
individual profiles to enhance our products and service offerings in the future. When attending our
in-person events, by allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, you are providing the
exhibitor or sponsor with your personal information and in doing so agree to the exhibitor or sponsor
contacting you about their products or services in the future. You can opt-out of this contact at any time
by contacting the exhibitor or sponsor and any data that they collect and record (e.g. notes or business
card scans) will be held according to their Privacy Policy although we will maintain its security whilst
it is held in our apps/systems. You have the right to refuse your badge from being scanned by an exhibitor
or sponsor.
5）Visitors agree that the personal data provided during registration will be used for the online
business matchmaking service and may be used in accordance with the organiser’s Privacy Policy.
■We use cookies to help provide you with the best possible online experience, and for the purpose of
improving the quality of services, we also acquire identifiers including IP addresses and statistical data
on the visitor's online behavior across websites.
■ Taking photos and videos at the events
Visitors are not allowed to take photos and videos in and outside the exhibition halls. The organisers may
take photos and videos and own the right to use those photos and videos for any kind of promotional
materials such as brochures, flyers, or website. Members of the press who have obtained permission from
the organisers are also allowed to take photos and videos and may use them for newspapers, magazines, and
other media.
